Because I placed my order on a Sunday when not all the flowers pictured online were available HSF had to make some substitutions. They did so with careful regard to the colors and style I had chosen, and it was a huge hit with the recipient. She called the arrangement "absolutely beautiful" and "spectacular." Even better looking than the picture I got from HSF confirming delivery because all of the blossoms had opened. The recipient also appreciated that HSF texted first to confirm someone would be home and again to give a heads up that they were on the way. Very pleased.
